I will help you navigate the complex past and lived memories with the goal of remembering these past scenes but in a way that they will no longer impact you.

I am dedicated to helping you and/or your family shift from living with the heavy weight that trauma carries through supporting you to remove these burdens that block peace and happiness. This will done through a variety of client centered and evidence based approaches such as EMDR, CBT and selfcare strategies to emotionally regulate our nervous system.
