Born and raised in China, I moved to Canada as an adult. I have advanced knowledge in working with immigrants, children of immigrants, and international students. I enjoy facilitating cross-cultural communication and exploring experiences that are tied to our identities.
My goal is to support you to become more self-aware, and develop a deeper and compassionate relationship with yourself, so you can live by your values, enjoy meaningful connections in your other relationships, and begin to cope and overcome life's challenges.
Safety and connection are the things I value the most in my work. I believe humans are hard-wired for connection. Although that’s sometimes how we get hurt, that’s also how we build our resilience for healing. I trust we always have the opportunity to heal.
