Think of me as an ear to listen, and a guide to walk beside you on your journey. I’m a busy working professional, married for 10 years, with small children. I have had my share of loss and trauma in my life. Counselling helped me through my difficult times, and now I’d like to help you.

I work with individuals and couples through the complexities of life. I provide a safe and unjudgmental environment for clients to open up and communicate. I am known to be engaging, open minded, and provide perspective to challenging situations. I work with clients who might be feeling "stuck" in their jobs, in their relationships or with themselves.

I believe in the power of words. A single word can sometimes hold a powerful story within it. Words like: Alone, Confused, Afraid, Neglected, Broken, Angry, Doubtful, Shameful, Tired.
