I know from my experience that stressful and traumatic experiences can stick with us, play tricks on our self-perception, and deeply affect our quality of life. My hope is to create a peaceful space where people can feel seen and supported. My door is open to all, regardless of your gender, culture, and abilities. I specialize in trauma healing, neurodivergence, human rights advocacy and parenting.
My clients continuously show me that they possess what they need to overcome any challenge. They simply need someone to walk alongside them to uncover that gift. Nothing makes me happier than helping people find clarity, empowerment, and alignment within themselves.
Deeply rooted in the Humanistic Foundation, my approach combines tools that tap into our conscious mind as well as our nervous system. I cultivate a holistic and integrative approach, bringing together Narrative, Mindfulness, EMDR and more. It deepens the healing work when talking is not sufficient or available to release and rewire our nervous system.
