Accepting Virtual Clients. Let’s face it: becoming a mom can be incredibly challenging. There is little to prepare you for the reality of postpartum and the identity shift that can happen. I know the lonely nights, overwhelming days, racing thoughts, and feeling that I don’t recognize myself or my life anymore. How would it feel to not have your mood run your day? To feel more at-ease with your decisions. To embrace the joy. I’m that mom friend you meet at drop-off that's been in your shoes. I can help you make your experience of motherhood what you want it to be.

I aim to create a compassionate, non-judgemental environment where clients can collaborate on the process. I will adapt my approach based on your individual needs and goals. We will focus on learning the skills to process your experiences while embracing the values and strengths you hold.

A specific focus on regulating your nervous system to bring in calm and control to your day-to-day. My primary interests are in supporting women through reproductive challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. I hold a PMH-certificate from Postpartum Support International.
