Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or a heightened sense of pressure to maintain your responsibilities, relationships, and friends can take a toll on your mental health. Sometimes, this feels like anxiety and/or depression, which often manifest as fatigue, a lack of motivation, or avoidance. Or maybe you push yourself in the other direction: over-achieving, holding yourself to impossible standards, perfectionism, and a chronically busy schedule. We all have challenging periods in life, but you don't have to navigate them alone.
I work with adult individual adults with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, perfectionism, mood disorders, and interpersonal relationships. I bring to my sessions a compassionate and flexible approach to help support you through your struggles. I have ten years of experience in teaching mindfulness, meditation and relaxation techniques.
I work with people who want to learn how to be more gentle with themselves rather than living in reaction to the people and circumstances around them. I do this by creating an open, non-judgemental space where people can work through their struggles and develop tools that will help positively shape their experience in the world at large.
