I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor and Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist for couples (EFCT) and individuals (EFIT). I love helping couples who want to break free from conflict to reconnect and (re)create a thriving relationship. Specifically, I support couples who are struggling with disconnection, conflict, loneliness, infidelity, and betrayal. I also specializes in treating individuals with Anxiety and/or Depression. I help my clients to heal old wounds and become unstuck from old and unhelpful coping strategies that block their path toward a healthy relationship with themselves and others.
The only way out is through. I aim to facilitate your ability to move through your pain, frustrations, despair, loneliness, and stuck points using evidence-based approaches. Together we will reduce the negative impacts of challenging situations, thoughts, and feelings while expanding in ways that will make your life and relationships deeply fulfilling.
