There are tools to help with all of this! I will help you learn how to work WITH your emotions so that you no longer feel overwhelmed, afraid, or helpless by them. Ultimately, regaining a sense of control and fulfillment.
Whether it's to have a safe space to talk or to learn new tools, I'm here for YOU. In the process of working together, we'll join forces to help you understand, process, and manage intense emotions - particularly those associated with anxiety and trauma. For therapists, I also provide external clinical supervision.
Getting help can feel intimidating, which is why top priority is always to create a space that helps you feel comfortable, empowered, and motivated.
