When life's challenges become too overwhelming, our mind & body can feel stuck, out of control, & alone in our experience. Using a combo of somatic & cognitive therapies, we will work together to identify your unhelpful patterns of behaviour, process traumatic experiences, explore negative thoughts, & help you develop new ways of responding to life’s challenges. Through nervous system education, you will learn to foster the mind-body connection & take back control of your health
