I identify as nonbinary and transmasculine, and I primarily use they/them pronouns but accept any and all pronouns. I welcome clients from all ages and backgrounds who would like to work collaboratively to gain greater health and wellness; as a neurodivergent person with sensory processing difficulties, I practice online or by phone only to have the greatest possible agency in creating and maintaining a workspace that is a good fit for my needs. Whether you are looking to process past traumas or focus on changing your present and future, I want to help facilitate that.
My approach can vary depending on what is the best fit for you, but it will always be Anti-Oppressive, Evidence-Based, Trauma-Informed, Feminist, and Sex-positive. My areas of expertise include: PTSD, ASD, ADHD/ADD, Anxiety, Depression, LGBTQ+ related issues, and religious abuse recovery. To treat symptoms of trauma I practice EMDR therapy.
I encourage you to carefully consider your fit with potential counsellors, myself included, and make decisions about where you seek help based on your goals and comfort level. You are the expert in your own life! I am accepting clients for my short waitlist, active cancellation list, and Monday EMDR intensives (≈3 hours, statistically most effective).
