Are you feeling stuck, finding yourself overwhelmed by emotions such as anxiety, sadness or anger, and not knowing why you're feeling this way? Maybe your past experiences are showing up, evoking feelings of helplessness or thoughts that you are alone. Life can be complex, full of relationships and circumstances that are difficult to navigate. I want to share that it doesn't have to stay this way. I can't guarantee that your hard feelings or problems will go away, but you can still learn ways to better understand your emotions, unpack your past experiences, gain clarity and heal the parts of you that are hurting.

I offer an authentic, compassionate relationship for racialized (BIPOC) folks, specifically immigrants/children of immigrants so that you can feel seen and understood in a society where you may not always feel this way. I work from an integrative approach, being trained in trauma informed models such as IFS, EFIT, Compassionate Inquiry, ACT and Mindfulness.

With over 7 years of experience, my passion has only grown deeper for this work, and it'd truly be an honour connecting with you. I also offer clinical supervision to therapists who are in private practice or agency settings. I speak English and can understand Korean if that's comfortable for you.
