Accepting New Clients - I work with young adults and adults who are dealing with issues including ADHD, anxiety, depression, PMDD, school/ workplace stress, and major life transitions. I am passionate about helping clients get unstuck from their struggles and start living fuller, more enriched lives. I strive to foster an environment that feels safe, supportive, comfortable, and collaborative, so that you can show up as your authentic self and work towards creating the life you want to live!
My therapeutic approach is primarily grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). With that said, everyone’s needs and goals are as unique as they are, so I remain flexible and draw from a variety of treatment modalities as needed. My goal is to ensure that your therapy journey feels like a perfect fit for you!
Cultivating a strong therapeutic relationship is at the core of my practice. I believe in showing up as a human in the room with you, and being an active ally, advocate, and teammate throughout your therapy journey. Feel free to reach out and set up a consultation to see if we would be a good fit! I look forward to hearing from you!
