Currently accepting new clients! Individuals, couples and families – I thrive to create a safe space for exploring growth as well as healing within the self and with loved ones. I am humbled and strive to work collaboratively with my clients to journey towards healing and resiliency. I advocate to create a space where my clients can feel safe to explore their arrays of emotions and feel empowered to be their authentic self. I am also passionate about people’s diversity and differences where the uniqueness of individuals is explored and respected. This allows me to tailor my therapeutic approach accordingly.
I hold a Master’s of Science concentrated in Neuroscience where I focused on expanding our knowledge on how chronic unpredictable stress impacts the brain and the gut microbiome. I also hold a Master’s degree in Counselling, Psychotherapy and Spirituality where I researched the factors associated with siblings with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
I promise to journey with you and hold a compassionate warm space for you where you can feel supported and thrive to move towards your intended goal. I will support you in exploring your inner world, inner wounds, and prosper a sense of self authenticity.
