My name is Sarah Kilfoil and I have been working with children and teenagers in public education for the last 16 years and in a counselling role since 2021. I use a variety of strategies when working with this amazing population, drawing from CBT, mindfulness, play therapy, solution-focused, and trauma-informed techniques.
