As a relationship, individual, and sex focused therapist my purpose is to help you and your partner(s) rebuild connection. If you have low sexual desire in your relationship, are feeling torn about recent infidelity to stay together, or you need tools for effective communication to help your relationship, its likely you are questioning whether to stay in your relationship. In my approach, I seek to deepen your lost connections using the courage and vulnerability you bring into session. There is a space opened for you here to explore your new found sense of meaning and growth through boundaries both with yourself and your partner(s).
Using the Gottman Method and Internal Family Systems, you can expect to use the tangible skills we learn in our sessions and integrate them into your life. In establishing boundaries for communication, openness to sexual desires, I help offer an integrative approach for you to feel like your partner completely understands and feel listened to.
Together we will collaborate on following your therapeutic goals from healing to thriving. In our sessions you can expect me to bring clarity in your missed connections and help strengthen your personal relationships with warmth, gentleness, and compassion. Are you ready to jump in?
