As a relationship, individual, and sex focused therapist my purpose is to help you and your partner(s) rebuild connection. Using the Gottman Method and Internal Family Systems, you can expect to use the tangible skills we learn in our sessions and integrate them into your life. In establishing boundaries for communication, openness to sexual desires, I help offer an integrative approach for you to feel like your partner completely understands and feel listened to.
