My clients are humans suffering from all types of addictions, anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD and relationship issues. The goal that my clients and I work toward together is finding more freedom, functionality and joy in their lives. Change happens through the actions of my clients, based on the researched suggestions which I propose. The most frequent feedback I receive is that I have provided the 'aha' moment, which allows forward movement and upward growth in my client's lives.
As a person with lifelong ADHD, I am uniquely able to help others living with ADD. Addictions, depression, anxiety and relationship issues are the other specific areas which affect my clients (both those with, and without, ADD.) Through a lifetime of personal work and years of dedicated study, I have seen what strategies work best for each type of person.
I understand what it is like to struggle with mental health challenges and neurodiversity. It can feel like nobody understands and that change is impossible. Together, we can achieve the goals you have for yourself!
