Hello, and welcome to my profile. I am experienced in helping people process various life events and mental health challenges. I encourage people to take ownership of their healing through education and building mind-body awareness to respond to life in a way that is mindfully aligned.
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and collaborative. I believe we all have our own experiences with resiliency; however, life’s difficulties can leave us feeling disconnected. Thus, I utilize various techniques as a guide for people to develop self-compassion and recognize their strengths to navigate a path forward.
I believe everyone deserves a safe space to unpack their story and work through obstacles they are facing. Thus, I would be honoured to be a support in your journey. If you are interested in the therapeutic process or are considering whether therapy is right for you, you are welcome to call or email me for a free consultation.
