The Finding Calm in the Body group is for adults who are healing from trauma and/or anxiety, or who are looking for more effective ways to manage their stress. In this interactive and virtual group, you will learn: (a) how your unique nervous system works; (b) how to regulate your nervous system to achieve calm and feel grounded; and (c) an abundance of body-based strategies that help you feel empowered and in control when facing stress and anxiety. The group will run for 4 sessions beginning November 27th and is a great way to prepare for holiday stress!
