I take a non-pathological approach which will allow you to fully explore yourself without the fear of being given a label. My role is to help you see yourself as a whole, complex, and ever changing individual.
I believe that you are the expert in your own life. You may not feel that way right now but a part of the work that we will do together is learning how you can access your inner wisdom. Our sessions will be built around your unique personality and situation.
