This psycho-educational group will focus on aspects of grief after suicide. We will discuss the impact this loss has on loved ones and how to manage this particular type of grief. We aim to provide a safe space for sharing, learning, and growth.Our aim is to equip you with knowledge, support, and coping mechanisms that will empower you on your path forward.Drawing inspiration from the work of David Kessler, we will explore the six fundamental needs in the process of grieving. Guiding us through this delicate and challenging terrain is a certified grief educator with a wealth of experience.

Parental Alienation Group
This 16-hour psychoeducational group will focus on parental alienation. We will discuss the reality of parental alienation and how it can have devastating effects on the whole family. How does this effect you, how are you feeling physically, emotionally and mentally? Coping skills, how can we collectively make them work for you? This group was offered on-line as well as in person. Grief and loss, these are feelings that can run very deeply. Therefore, it is important that we acknowledge and accept these feelings.

RAGE - Redirecting Anger Grief & Emotions
R.A.G.E is an innovative psycho-educational program aimed at helping individuals effectively navigate their anger. This program recognizes that anger often stems from unresolved feelings and experiences. Over the course of 10 weeks, clients will deepen their understanding of their anger and discover healthy strategies for expressing their emotions, frustrations, and concerns. R.A.G.E offers both one-on-one and group sessions available in English and French, with a specialized version tailored for youth aged 12 to 17.
