Mindfulness & Meditation- Reduce Stress & Anxiety
Learn to reduce your stress and anxiety, and take time for yourself. You are worth it! Mondays 6:30-7:30pm biweekly for 7 weeks. Staring September, 2023. Do you need to take more time for self-care? Do you need to focus on yourself in order to maintain your mental well-being or improve your mental health? Maybe you need to learn coping skills to reduce your stress and anxiety. Learn meditation practices which are simple and easy to use in your everyday life. Participate in conversations about you wellness and see the benefits in your daily life!

Over 19 year experience providing counselling to teen, post-secondary students and young adults, in a variety of settings. Experience with ADHD and neurodivergent clients.
