I work with adult clients only for individual and couples therapy. I mostly work with anxiety, depression, stress management, spirituality, family/relationship issues, cross-cultural challenges, work-related stress, grief, and managing life transitions. Through lived experience and training, I strive to help those struggling with cultural differences and the impact this has on our everyday life decisions and goals. My personal journey has also been deeply impacted by my faith and want to support others to draw on their own faith for strength.
With a background in Christian Ministry and Community Mental Health, I bring over 15 years of experience to my practice. I use CBT and other modalities to meet the unique needs of each client and hope to facilitate the discovery of a client’s inner wisdom and creativity to overcome life’s obstacles.
I firmly believe that the cornerstone of effective therapy lies in the relationship between therapist and client. In my practice, I strive to foster a safe and nurturing environment, viewing each client through an attachment and trauma-informed lens. I’m dedicated to helping you tap into your innate resilience and potential to achieve personal growth.
