I integrate evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, such as EFT, CBT, IFS, and mindfulness, according to your individual needs and preferences. I also offer a 10-week program in Mindfulness-Integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MiCBT), a transdiagnostic approach that integrates techniques derived from Vipassana meditation with principles of CBT.
