For some, trauma stems from a single event like an accident; for others, it is a cumulation of several smaller adverse experiences like childhood abuse. I uniquely combine my social work and counselling psychology education to provide a humanistic and holistic approach to therapy.
Using a combination of several modalities including Narrative Therapy (NT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), we can work on processing the trauma with the goal of reducing your symptoms (like anxiety or depression) to improve your daily functioning.
