I can work with you to help you uncover your innate curiosity, compassion and clarity, in order to feel a greater sense of peace, presence and purpose in your life. We all deserve support in carving out our paths in life. I am experienced in supporting individuals who may be experiencing emotional/relational challenges, anxiety, low self-esteem, ADHD and trauma. I support individuals of all ages, with special interest in working with young adults and new parents (pregnancy/postpartum) who are riding the waves of big life transitions, feeling stuck and exploring who they are. You don't have to navigate this alone!
I mainly draw from the modalities Internal Family Systems, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and narrative therapy. As a yoga teacher, I am trained in mind-body & somatic approaches, connecting with our bodies and nervous system. I aim to help you feel connected with your authentic self and move through life from an intuitive, grounded space.
