It is my honor to sit in the passengers' seat while you control the steering wheel of your life. Despite all the chaos you may have been through, I firmly believe that you are the expert on you. With all that happens, sometimes we lose ourselves and live a life incongruent with our values. I have ten years of experience and growth working in various settings: Addiction services, Community Health Centre, High school, University, and Hospital. I use evidence based therapeutic techniques to fulfill your needs. I taught courses at George Browns Social Service program and now supervise RPQ's. My experience is vast in trauma and addictions.
I am currently pursuing a PhD in Integrative Medicine, which gives me alternative healing practices to incorporate into your treatment if/as you wish. It takes a lot of courage to begin this journey inside yourself. Together, we can understand the root cause, nurture it back to vitality & feel the ripple effect on all parts of your life.
