I have extensive experience dealing with pain or disability issues, including chronic pain of any kind, headaches, nerve and muscle pain. For those interested in polyvagal theory, I also integrate the work of Dr. Stephen Porges. I provide specialized care including biofeedback for issues of anxiety and panic attacks, sleep disturbances, chronic pain and physical disorders, substance use and behavioral addictions, as well as general life stress and depression. I integrate traditional psychotherapy with body-mind techniques and education for a more comprehensive approach.
