Life is so hard right now. Balancing the never ending to do list, worrying about finances, and trying to find time to take care of yourself feels impossible. When you are struggling to manage the day to day, thinking about improving your mental health can feel daunting. If you have been struggling with depressive thoughts and hopeless or crippling worry for a long time, the current state of the world certainly is not helping. If you are tired of carrying the weight of the world, while also trying to figure out what how to move forward, you've found the right place. Therapy can help you rediscover yourself, and cultivate hope.

Recognizing that getting started is just another hurdle, we've made it as easy as possible. Taking the guess work out, when you contact us our Care Coordinator will respond and provide a personalized action plan to get started. Recognizing that finding the right fit is the MOST important part, you're encouraged to meet with one or more of our therapists.

Our team of therapists are comprised of mothers, sisters, aunts, partners and caregivers who have real life experience to connect human to human with you. With online sessions, we will meet you where you are at (literally!). When you're ready, send us a message. Our Care Coordinator will respond and help you commence your journey with therapy.
