Parenting is tough. I'm here to help you navigate the ups and downs of being a parent, including when your kid is not so little any more! With 15+ yrs experience, I'm well versed in understanding the challenges faced in maintaining relationships while also ensuring positive growth. I'm also here to support individuals with managing anxiety, depression, emotion regulation and many other difficulties faced by today’s families. Additionally, I'm passionate about supporting anyone who may be struggling to manage their grief. I am certified to support those on their end-of-life journey, including MAiD, and anyone impacted along the way.
I have an “eclectic” style of therapy - I meet clients where they are at and pull in tools from various modalities including DBT, CBT, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy and grief therapy. I work from a person-centered, trauma and attachment informed perspective. The client’s needs are always the focus.
