I am a trained Gottman therapist. My passion is working with couples, strengthening relationships and helping to navigate the challenges of parenthood.

As an educational presenter, I enjoy facilitating workshops for care providers as well as leading popular psychoeducational parenting groups. Our current series highlights 'Parenting children with Big Emotions'. There is a waitlist, but please reach out for next dates.
