I have over 15 years of experience working in the field of mental health. I strongly believe in the interconnection between the mind and body, and I am interested in the impact of early childhood experiences on current thinking patterns and behaviours. I use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, and EMDR.
