As a social worker, the foundation of my practice is understanding how familial, interpersonal, and social systems impact well-being. I offer psychotherapy that is informed by Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and strive to do so in a way that is anti-oppressive and trauma-informed.
