Hello and welcome. I have been working in this field for over 18 years. My focus is on helping clients build healthy, secure relationship attachments, so they can feel happier and more closely connected to the important people in their lives. As we grow and change, we sometimes move in different life directions, or our interests may change, we may increasingly disagree, or have different opinions, when before, we mostly agreed. The next thing we know, it feels like we are growing apart and becoming more disconnected. It can be emotionally upsetting and worrisome to find ourself feeling alone, and distant.
Feeling emotionally disconnected in our relationships can sometimes lead to challenges with anxiety and depression. To help improve and strengthen attachment bonds, I practice Emotionally Focused Therapy as well as Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, and my work is through an attachment and trauma-informed lens.
I look forward to working in partnership with my clients to improve and strengthen the relationships that they care about, whether that be with family members, friends, or in their workplace relationships.
