This is not your fault! In order to experience relief and lasting, positive change - we need to address our body, brain and nervous system. With deep compassion, I will meet you where you are at, and tailor therapy to fit your individual needs.
Whether you are comfortable sharing, or if the very thought of talking to a new person elicits fear, we will take this at your pace. I'm a trauma informed counsellor, and have a highly effective treatment approach that draws from a number of powerful healing modalities.
