My approach is primarily based on psychoanalysis, blended with advanced transference-focused psychotherapy techniques. We will analyze your unconscious relational patterns, particularly those that emerge between you and me. Our focus will also be on crafting an individualized treatment plan to understand your conflicts and verbalize difficult emotions.
I create a safe and private space where you can comfortably share anything on your mind. This includes thoughts and feelings you might not have fully realized yourself.
