I strive to help each person feel safe enough that such private feelings can emerge and be explored. Whether you are looking for help through a crisis or with long-standing psychological suffering, my hope is to understand who you are uniquely as an individual.

(I provide medication management services only for patients who I see in weekly or more intensive psychotherapy. Approximately half of my patients are on medications)
