I am a board-certified psychiatrist and therapist who believes in providing integrated and comprehensive treatment tailored to the individual needs of my patients. I believe in our ability to choose one thought over another to reduce stress and improve overall mental wellness. I graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Johns Hopkins University. I received my medical degree and completed my General Adult Psychiatry residency and Psychosomatic Medicine fellowship from New York University. I am currently a candidate at the Institute for Psychoanalytic Education and board certified by American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine.

Although I work with both men and women, I specialize in women's mental health and perinatal psychiatry. Through therapy and psychopharmacology, I manage mood and anxiety symptoms occurring around menses, pregnancy, infertility/fertility, and menopause.
