I offer evaluation & treatment of emotional difficulties (depression, anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive issues,attention-deficit disorder, bipolar disorder)-----problems establishing & maintaining long-term relationships-----difficulties achieving a healthy balance among work, love. & play. In an atmosphere of trust & confidentiality, I help patients enhance self esteem, coping skills, self confidence & assist in removing the obstacles that interfere with reaching one's full potential.
I offer individual & group psychotherapy and medication management (and work in close collaboration if there is a non-medical therapist). Group therapy is especially valuable, offering a secure, supportive environment to understand behavioral problems interfering with richer, more rewarding relationships & using those insights for a healthier life.
I am not affiliated with any insurance networks, but most patients have insurance coverage. My patients pay at the time of service, and my office files with any insurance company to allow patient reimbursement of what their policy permits.
