As a licensed psychiatrist and therapist, I have studied and practiced many modalities of mental health treatment. From prescription drugs, to talk & movement therapy to diet interventions, and all things in between. I use a unique mix of these modalities to help clients become more connected to themselves which leads to increased resilience and thriving.

Groups
Lifeforce Yoga
Lifeforce yoga uses a combination of breath, chanting, hand gestures and movement practices to work with symptoms of anxiety and depression. There will be a 6 week class focusing on anxiety and stress at Santa Monica Yoga starting on October. Please see www.santamonicayoga.com for details and registration. Please note this is not group therapy.
