I am a psychiatrist trained in the treatment of adults. I provide a comprehensive approach to treatment which includes therapy, life style modification and medication management. I am interested in a collaborative approach with patients with a focus on integrative and holistic care. I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds and strive to foster a comfortable atmosphere for my patients.
I am comfortable working with patients on a broad range of issues, especially in the realm of mood and anxiety disorders, relationship concerns work/life balance and general wellness. Elements of cognitive behavior therapy, psychodynamic therapy, behavioral skills nutritional and general health are emphasized along with treatment with medications.
