I am a British and American-trained quadruple Board Certified Psychiatrist. I obtained my Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, England (MRCPsych) prior to relocating to the US. My Board Certifications are in Adult Psychiatry, Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. I believe in evidence-based practices including TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), as well as the use of supplements, exercise, and nutrition.
