I manage a small private practice with a focus on individualized psychiatric care. I work to observe a practice style that is oriented around the principles of psychotherapy by engaging in education, insight generation, and thoughtful medical planning. In a mindful process we attend to an individual’s narrative with a respect to suffering but also the soul’s innate drive to heal from the wounding of life.
I am comfortable working with complex medication regimens but navigate to find a simple medication pathway to one’s mental health goals. I also work and assist in ketamine assisted therapy and recovery, working with sublingual formulations that are lower dose and more affordable in the longterm.
I am also interested naturalistic approaches to health as they apply to aging, organic brain health, and immune system homeostasis. I employ integrative medicine practices to assist with this process and utilize functional laboratory testing to highlight potential genetic, environmental, or nutritional reasons for feeling unwell.
