Our practice is exclusive to medication management only. We specialize in providing medication management to adults and children diagnosed with mental health issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, traumatic events, panic attacks, and life stressors. Each patient will receive a comprehensive initial evaluation, medication management, personalized attention, 24/7 on call coverage and coordination with your healthcare providers. Adele Palazzo, APRN and Melanie Koehler, APRN treat the adult population.
Tanya Trazi has many years of experience in adolescent mental health treating patients with various diagnosis including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD and autism spectrum disorders. She will see children ages 6-17 for medication management.
We utilize the State Prescription Monitoring Program in order to confirm medication history and to ensure that we comply with safe prescribing practices of controlled substances. Patients with ADHD are required to have a copy of their neuropsychological testing results at their first appointment. Urine/blood drug screens will also be utilized.
