Although most clients are typically referred for medication management, sessions are always a combination of medication/psychiatric assessment and psychotherapy.
I am also trained in Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT). PACT is a capacity-based approach that teaches couples to create a "couple bubble," increasing a sense of play, connection, safety, and secure functioning, within the relationship. What couple couldn't use more of that?
