I have formed several groups for adults of varying ages that you may join if appropriate. Many have benifited from the camaraderie and relief from isolation that they provide. In addition, I offer hypnosis if you struggle with particular emotional, physical, or addictive challenges that can be addressed this way.
In Silver Spring, conveniently located near the metro with ample parking, we meet in a restful office setting. On the waterfront in Edgewater, many of my clients say that they gain peace, just by sitting on the porch, while I listen.
