I provide psychotherapy and/or medication management for people looking for physician who strives to be empathic, interactive and straightforward. I have particular expertise in the use of Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), also incorporating Cogntive-Behavioral and Mindfulness techniques. I work closely with clients' other therapists and healthcare providers and, when appropriate, include partners and other family.
I am a board certified psychiatrist with many years of experience in treating clients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I believe in in flexible treatment approach, creating a plan individualized to the client's preferences and needs, integrating therapy, medication, exercise, and nutrition.
