Intake $380. 20 min - $155. 45 min- $230. 105 min - $330. Medication shortage consultations - negotiable. Payment via Zelle & Venmo. All electronic prescriptions. Extended evening & weekend hours. Short wait time. Hybrid office & virtual practice. Offices in Live Oak, TX, & San Antonio Medical Center area.
Dr. Moore does not accept Medicare, Medicaid, DARS or Workers' Comp.
