If you are struggling with life issues or stressors and would like to talk with someone who can assist you to grow with these challenges or if you have depression or anxiety and aren’t sure if you would benefit from talk psychotherapy and/or medication I would be happy to help you. I have been a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Mental Health for over 35 years. I provide consultation and relational talk psychotherapy to individuals of 14 years and older. Also I provide medication consultation and management for patients who may need medication in addition to therapy. Its important you find someone you are comfortable working with.
