I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Minneapolis whose treatment approach focuses on warm and compassionate care. Ulas Camsari, M.D. ( Dr. C ) is a quadruple boarded psychiatrist with over 15 years of experience in the field. He has trained at Cleveland Clinic, Johns Hopkins Hospital and Mayo Clinic. Dr. Camsari is board certified in four areas of psychiatry: General Adult Psychiatry, Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine.

I am a board certified psychiatrist specializing in both adult psychiatry and psychosomatic medicine. My areas of particular interest and expertise include medication simplification, issues related to chronic illness and death anxiety, as well as broader issues related to anxiety, addiction, depression, trauma, anger, and relationships. My approach in session is largely integrative, heavily informed by psychoanalytic, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and relational life therapy concepts. I am a member of the Academy of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry and have been recognized as one of New Jersey's Best in Medicine.

Dr. Carlock is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adolescents and adults with a special interest in treating individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and/or trauma. In addition to prescribing medication, Dr. Carlock utilizes skills learned from the Center for Mind-Body Medicine to help individuals treat their mental health symptoms in a more holistic way. She completed the Professional Training Program in Mind-Body Medicine, the Advanced Mind-Body Medicine Professional Training Program, and other online webinars.

I am a compassionate psychiatric medication management provider via in-office or telehealth medication management visits. I use a patient-center approach while incorporating therapeutic interventions. I am passionate about psychiatry and understand not everyone is comfortable with the idea of taking medications. I will work with you by reviewing your physical, social and emotional healthcare needs to explore alternate treatment modalities to improve your quality of life!

During my time at Allen College, I earned an Advancing Healthcare Transformation Award, as well as a certificate in Caring for Rural and Underserved Population emphasis. During my experience as a registered nurse, I enjoyed working with people of underprivileged and immigrant backgrounds. I am fluent in both English and Vietnamese. Throughout my nursing career, I have worked with patients who have various psychiatric needs at different clinical settings.

The providers at our clinic are dedicated to providing the most empathetic, effective, evidence-based treatment for our patients with mood and anxiety disorders. Our providers understand the complexities of the various psychiatric medications used to manage these illnesses so our treatments are more effective. We have often found that patients who are referred to us have been put on many psychiatric medications that may not be truly targeting the individual's symptoms. She's skilled in working with a variety of patient populations across the mental health care continuum and treats adults ages 18 and older. Jackie is passionate about helping people live their best lives and strives to provide care that is meaningful to each individual and fully involves each patient in their care.
