I offer individual therapy and the option of prescribing medications to individuals who prefer not to split their mental health treatment between a prescriber and a therapist. We all have different ways, paces and capacities in dealing with stress and the non stopping life demands. My philosophy of care is meeting patients where they are in their stage of life to help them achieve the best quality of life they can through evidence-based approach using medications, psychotherapy or the combination of both and involve their families as well as significant others in their care while collaborating with their therapists and other doctors involved in their care. I treat my patients using a bio-psycho-social approach to formulate an individualized treatment that suits each individual patient.

I completed two bachelor’s degrees with honors at Grand Valley State University majoring in Biomedical Science and Nursing. I continued my education at Grand Valley State University and graduated with honors with my Doctor of Nursing Practice. I am dedicated to providing the best care possible by staying up to date on the latest evidence-based treatments and actively listening to my patients concerns. I employ a non-judgmental approach to get know my patients so we can create a treatment plan together.
